“I’ve tried so many things with my child to get them to eat nutritious food. I’ve tried bribing and pleading. It’s been months since she ate the food that I’ve prepared for her or the rest of the family”
If you have thought this, you’re not alone. One of the hardest things to do as a parent or caretaker is to introduce new foods to a child.
In this 60 minute class, you’ll learn more about why kids may be hesitant to try new foods, how a wide variety of foods improves your child’s health, various ways to introduce new foods that are less stressful for either caregiver or child, and practical strategies that are intended to help your child move forward with food no matter the personality. This class will focus on common nutritional problems from the toddler years thru early school-aged children.
