Now Offering TeleMedicine Appointments

Piedmont Pediatrics is excited to now offer telemedicine appointments.

We understand families’ concerns regarding leaving their homes and exposure to COVID-19.  Many complaints can be handled thru a telemedicine visit, such as allergies, rashes, feeding and sleeping concerns, ADHD follow ups, behavior consultations, and MORE; however, certain concerns/complaints that require in-office testing or a heart, lung or ear exam cannot usually be done through telemedicine.

In certain situations, the doctor may determine that telemedicine is not adequate and ask that you come to the office.  When you call our office, one of our nurses will discuss your concern and decide if a telemedicine visit is appropriate. If so, you will give your consent,  receive an appointment time and the visit will be handled through a video link.  Appointments are available during regular office hours as well as after-hours by discretion of the doctor on call.

We continue to look forward to serving our families in creative and novel ways during these unique times.
